This could possibly be A-26C 44-35224 that is restored
at March Field AFB, as suggested by Scott C. Taylor, Oregon, USA
Could this have something to do with the RB-26C's of
11th TRS, Photo -Recon with targeted flash bombing system. The system is called a D-5 unit using strobes.
